So… the incall is in my building! Now what?

So I booked a one hour session (I won’t say who, cause you know. Privacy?) everything was going great. She asked would I like an incall or outcall. I said incall. She texted me the address… and…

… it’s three floors above my apartment! Same building!

what should I do. Obviously, I’m not gonna say anything to the landlord’s but do you think it would be too awkward to do the appointment.

This is a new one. Any Advice?

I would tell her - might make no difference to her but either way id ask if your even considering it.

1) in most cases they are going to want / hopefully respect discretion both ways anyways
2) If you do go, and she starts seeing you in the elevator - i don't think either of your sakes, want to think you moved in after seeing her and are now stalking her

Reasons not to go

1) if its a scam where do you go from there lol
2) If its not a scam but the ad is very misleading / service is horrible... that could lead to some awkward situations potentially as well lol.
3) For reasons none of us are specifically thinking of right now - might be a bit too close to home (literally) to do something not particularly legal

No problem. Set a time, at least half an hour, then text "I just parked outside." If you run into her in the lobby another day, don't say anything, just like you wouldn't at the grocery store. Then walk around with a smile on your face.

I agree with those who say tell her before you book a time and date. Let her decide what she is comfortable with. If she is fine with it......then talk about it during the session.....agree with stuff like if you see her in the hallway or elevator what does she expect like a courteous "morning" and that is it. Also same for you what you are comfortable with. Like others have said could just be a rental place for short term........don't over think it......put the ball in her court and see what she says. Plus you must have already seen her as the Ladies don't usually give out the address until the night before or the morning of the session. And even then the apartment or suite number until like an hour or so before.....what happened??
HB69.....was here!?!??! Curious and sceptical on this one......remember Privacy is one of the most important things in these situations.....

Perfect for you (convenient). I don't know why guys are saying to tell her? Imo, do nothing (as if it were anywhere else). I'm not seeing the negative? If you're worried about people you know in the building, chances are they don't know her or what she does, and won't see you go there, but even if they did see you, she could be a friend you're going to see for all they know.

So I ended up texting her, and told her the truth. She was ultimately fine with it as long as everything was professional. She's an older provider and she and I both know the rules.

The session was okay.

If it was me, I would have told her a friend of mine lives in the building so she might see me around sometimes and not to be worried.
I wouldn't see her if I or my SO/GF knew someone on the same floor as hers. Too risky IMO.

Here's TheShadow's take on this situation:

I'm pretty sure I would've done the same thing: be upfront and honest about it.

According to you, the session was OK. Therefore, if it was just OK, you may or may not repeat. If you do repeat, you have the convenience (IMO) of her being only 3 floors up (unless, as other Members gave suggested, it's a temporary rental). If you don't repeat, you may occasionally cross paths with her OR you may never see her again. If you repeat and become a regular and have good chemistry, you might be privileged with special access, preferred rates and more.

Therefore, TheShadow doesn't see anything wrong with your predicament unless perhaps you have a smart SO or GF that could wise up to what's going on.

Finally, TheShadow is interested in this 'older provider'. Therefore, if you'd be so kind as to DM me with her details, I'd appreciate it. And if not, for your own privacy 3 floors down 😉, it's all good!

Well what was your decision
I ended up doing the session after texting her and letting her know what was going on. She said she was okay with it, so long as everyone was professional. She an older provider and I'm a veteran now, so we both understand the rules.

The session was okay. Chemistry wasn't all there. Don't sure if I'll repeat again. She's so close, I imagine I will though.

This has actually happened to me more than once 😬

Some of you might remember I used to have an incall in Gatineau. Once I had a client who owned a condo in the same building. He was amazing and super discreet, but he casually mentioned there was at least one other lady working out of the building. I never found out who she was, but I was dying to know! Talk about the ultimate convenient duo opportunity.

I’ve also lost count of how many times I’ve been in the same hotel as another client or touring provider. There’s something deliciously sneaky about it from the client’s perspective. He’s just finished an amazing session, starting to drift off… then realises he only has to stumble a few floors (or an elevator ride) back to his own room. Peak efficiency.

These situations are pretty much inevitable in our line of work. The key is simple: discretion, respect, and clear boundaries. When you’ve done your due diligence and booked with a professional, things almost always go smoothly.

From my side, I never assume anyone has bad intentions. We’re all just trying to work or play safely and respectfully. That said, it can feel a little vulnerable as a provider knowing certain details could spread in ways we didn’t intend — so when clients proactively reassure me that everything stays strictly between us, it’s genuinely appreciated.

Let’s keep looking out for each other 💕

A few years ago a very well reviewed provider whom I visited rented an apartment directly below mine as her private residence and not her incall which was in a nearby condo. It occurred to me that I could say I went to sleep every night directly above a beautiful SW... and did so without paying! Whenever we met in the lobby or elevator, we never spoke with each other unless there was no one else around and then it was simply to greet each other with a 'Hi' or 'Enjoy your day.'
