There are sections for independent ladies and sections for agency ladies. Submit to the section based upon whether she was independent or part of an agency.

This seems so indicative of the newbies in the past couple years because I've never seen so many reviews posted in the Lounge where they shouldn't be. So, to help the OP and other newbies:
1.Open TERB to main page.
2. NO REVIEWS EVER POSTED IN THE LOUNGE!
3. Scroll down until you find the city where you saw the SP or MP and post your review in the review section. TO sections are near the top of TERB.
4. Wait for responses/questions to your review and respond appropriately.
5. Welcome to TERB you've posted your first of many reviews.
