I know what you mean. I've had similar experiences there before. Tired ladies feeling like they really don't want to be there, overbooking and kicked out before my time.
I've done the following, and my experiences have improved a lot: try booking with the "permanent" staff like Pinky or Lisa, they're usually more service oriented, and if you decide to try one of the rotating ones, don't go on peak hours like late evenings or night, specially on weekends, those are the worst in the evening.
I've found mornings and early afternoon the best.
If when texting they offer you a "baby if you come now special is 120hh", you'll have a better chance to have a good time, no rush, and better service.

Happened to me with Melody, I booked 1 hr but she gave me mediocre service for first 30 minutes because she finished with someone else before. But it got better towards the end.
