I’m really not sure I think it just went by the minute. It was known that those numbers could rack up your phone bill quickly. I’m sure you could tailor the call to your preference. Tactics to extend time were tricky, because a guy could just whack off however, but since a lot of the guys wanted the illusion of talking to someone who would listen, if the girl was good she could just get them to extend their time themselves.
Wasn't fixed blocks, was by the minute and it just racked up the longer you were on the line.
