I've been to the spa when it was Sun, then Saphire. Hope they offer the same level of service.

I would think it isn't because it references being open 24/7 and a private location. Two Japanese sisters would be fun for sure
This is the operation working out of the building on Melvin Avenue. Only been a couple of times, and a few years back, had a duo with two very attractive women. But haven't checked this place out in a long time. Can't imagine they aren't rotating women in and out often.
New place still hasn't opened. I drive by every day.
Google show that it is open and I called yesterday with no answer... maybe another week?

Facilities are nice and clean and well appointed, my room had an in room shower. Massage was great. Two women working there right now, both older Asian ladies. Not my usual cup of tea but pleasant women. You can absolutely leave happy. I feel like this fills a void in the area. Looks like they are gearing up to have many different health practitioners as well.

What’s a good tip for HE for a 1 hour massage?
On their google page there is a price list. 1 hour is listed at 65 for Thai massage and 1 hour for the VIP table shower and massage is 120.

Are “Asian spas” or an “independent Asian masseuses” that close at 7pm much more likely to be legit? (Or even always legit)

No. But I hope the MPA does
I personally haven't been yet to see my friend who only works on Saturdays and Mondays by the sounds of things! I do not expect it to be a high mileage location gentlemen
I decided to try it yesterday as I was going to be in Burlington. Place is clean. Older pleasant woman met me aty door and took me to the room and collected fee. $60 for one hour. Very happy and welcoming to have me at new opening. Massage was provided by another woman. Pleasant looking, short and maybe 40 ish. Sorry didnty catch name. Very limited English. Massage was one of the best I have had including from an rmt. Some teasing and a very nice HE. She was quite happy with a $60 tip. If in the area again I would repeat
I managed to see her on Monday. Still as sweet as she was back in her Burlington days, and very much up for some flirting and laughter. I didn't have as much previous experience with her as you obviously did, but it was a good visit and I'll go back. I guess she still works at the Etobicoke spa five other days, if I correctly understood what she was saying.
