Most places aren’t really it seems worth the time even if HE offered. The only two places with some reliability imo are Dream and Lilimoon. Others seem hit and miss or with very old attendants. Unless you pop over to the agencies or DA/Unit spots, it’s quite a needle in a haystack to find a fun, youthful MA at an AMP. Hit me up if you found a unicorn though

Yea, they offer HE, but the ladies are not very attractive.

Always take underwear off. If it's a legit spa they'll ask you politely to put them back on.

Don't even bother asking if the underwear should stay or not. Always take them off. I've never had a legit spa ask me to put them back on - they'll just work around the erogenous zones and keep them covered with the sheets.
If you aren't sure and want to test the waters it's best to tell them that your thighs and glutes are especially sore/tight from a workout and you'd like them to put more focus there if possible. If it's legit spa they'll say "sorry, we don't do glutes" and you just respectfully say "OK, no problem" and move on. But if they start massaging the glutes, try spreading your legs a bit to give better access to your junk. Make sure they get to see your boner grow - push the shaft down at the very start of the massage. If it's come this far you usually have a decent chance of getting a HE. At this stage when they ask you to turn around it's pretty safe to ask if they offer any extras.
This is just my simple strategy. It's worked out pretty well so far. Would like to hear if others have a different approach.

This thread raises a good point: is there an up to date list of MPs in Ottawa? Specifically *both* the city licensed so-called “body rub” places and the private clubs? Personally, I’d never take a chance asking for a finish at a massage place that didn’t fall into either of those two groups.
My masseuse told me from day 1, keep your underwear on, rest comes off, and you go under the sheets. Hehe so didn't even bother trying with her
