TOFTT, shady place, but clean room. Photos are a different person. Zero-english, hard to even get the “important” words across without gestures. DEFINITELY not GFE. Wasn’t expecting much for the rates, but will not repeat.

First, because there actually seemed to be multiple (3) providers working each time I went, so I had some level of choice and second, because the choice wasn’t just some old milfs/grannies and included some younger sps
In contrast to the other spot I’ve tried in the past multiple times in St Catharines (on Lake st), a vast improvement!
At the end of the day, you do have to still have some level of expectation management. You could turn up and on a particular day and maybe the roster is a bit slim and not good options…which is just a fact of life with these spots, but main message from me is on the whole, I rate this one of the better Asian establishments
I will say the one thing I don’t love is the location. It’s kind of exposed for my preference, and I’ve noticed a damp smell before when I walk in, so in this regard Lake St wins…but all that is quickly forgotten when my balls start getting sucked lol
I would say because it's on a corner lot. The "main" entrance is up a bunch of steps from the sidewalk. So you're quite visible there.
The other alternative entrance is by the garage. A bit better but still not great.
Fortunately I don't care anymore. I know noone in the falls.
I will also agree that of the Asian places, it's probably one of the better ones.
I'd say I'd rank it as
1. Ker st
2. Franklin Ave
3. Lake st. Though I'll admit it's been a few years. It's a one woman show there last I saw it. She is 100% Asian milf. Nice fat pumpum, decent bbbj. No kissing though which is why I stopped going.
Those are the only three I'll risk my money at, because they are the McDonald's of hookers.

Exposed as in not very discrete. It’s in a house in a neighborhood and you are pretty exposed as you walk to front door, I.e. anyone could easily see you walk from car and enter front door.
If they used back gate instead near parking would be better in this regard

Lake St is one woman (one MILF) show, but regrettably they do rotate the MILF pretty often (every month ish) so can be quite hit/miss. I’ve had some solid experiences there, and a few duds more recently so haven’t been in a while. As far as I can tell, once they are gone, they are gone - one of top ones I had there was sandy, but been over a year and keep asking if she will ever return…but answer is always no
