Best shaving blades that last

I was at Costco this week, they have a 30 pack of off brand blades with a handle for $30. They also have 24 packs of Gillette and Schick disposables for the same price.

To keep blades lasting a long time you have to keep them dry, stand the shaver up in a glass when not in use to let the water drip off. Clean off all shaving cream and hair from between the blades by spraying with a shower head or Water Pic.

The Schick are good, they last. The Gillette I brought back because they didn't do a good job.

Gillette 5 blade. Many months use of shaving face, head, chest, groin. Keep it clean. Dry it on furnace vent when it’s running. Or in Sunny window rest of year. When I do finally out a new one in the shaving is noticeably faster and don’t need to go over the same spot as often. But no obviously a closer shave. Shave while in the shower after the hot water has softened the skin. Only use soap lather.

Rockwell Razors - came with 100 free blades but I find each blade lasts a couple of weeks - shave in the shower - no soap needed. But be careful - I unscrew them slightly to rinse and dry and then forgot to tighten it before using. Before I knew it I looked like Id gone head first through a glass window. Scared the kids. Other than that its awesome.
