Hey everyone! I’m back after a bit of a hiatus and ready to answer some questions again 
First I just want to say thank you for all the kind DMs and messages. It means a lot to hear how much you’ve been enjoying this AMA. I’m always surprised and grateful when I see it being recommended as one of the top threads
I’m excited to be back and looking forward to chatting with you all again!
I don’t think there’s really any profession I could have gone into at my age that would have allowed me to earn what I earned through escorting aside from something illegal or another job in the adult industry lol.
I’d rather not get into exact numbers but it was definitely enough for me to buy a place, live comfortably on my own, and not have to stress too much about money which is something I’m very grateful for, especially with how expensive everything has become lately.
Would I recommend this profession to someone? Yes, but only if you have a strong support system around you. I honestly think that’s one of the biggest factors in me being able to do this long-term. I’m lucky to have friends in the industry that I can talk to whenever I need advice, want to share a funny story, or just vent about a rough day.
Like any job, there are good days and bad days, but having people who understand what you do makes a huge difference. It can be a surprisingly lonely industry at times so having that community and support network is really important to me
When I see those friends, I usually just avoid the topic altogether. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and at this point in my life I’ve learned that not every disagreement needs to turn into a debate.
We focus on the things we do have in common and enjoy our time together. I’d rather spend my energy maintaining a good friendship than trying to change someone’s mind when neither of us is likely to change our beliefs
The truth is, I've never had a strong reason to go independent. I'm sure the money could be better, but it also comes with a lot more responsibility and behind the scenes work. The bookers at SFT handle so much for us, and I honestly don't think they get enough credit for everything they do
There are a lot of logistics involved in working independently that I simply don't want to deal with lol finding and managing work locations, keeping supplies stocked with toiletries, towels and condoms, coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and much more. Being with an agency allows me to focus on what I do best while leaving the rest to the bookers that already does an excellent job
If I ever had my own agency, one thing I'd love to introduce is some kind of loyalty program. Maybe something like a discounted agency fee after every 10 visits, or another type of reward. I think it would be a nice way to show appreciation for loyal customers and give a little something back to the people who continuously support the agency
Oh I wanted to add this one more thing I would change if I could is to have more locations on the east end / Markham. When SFT had a Markham location it was my favourite place to work it was convenient and easy for me to get too
When I first started - I actually liked the idea of some Asian agencies requiring a photo of your ID before booking an appointment. It seemed like a reasonable way to add a bit of extra security and safety. With that being said, I completely understand why some clients aren't comfortable with it.
Over time, my view has changed a little. SFT doesn't require ID verification and I've never had any issues or bad experiences that made me feel it was necessary. From my personal experience, things have always gone smoothly, so I haven't really seen a need for that extra step of security
I remember distinctly around 2 years ago when I haven’t really found my grove in what I like. A client showed up and was super passionate and sensual. I have some childhood friends who grew up in very religious Chinese Christian households and vaguely know what I do for work (I usually just tell them I have an OF). They’re definitely not as supportive of it as my other more open minded friends and tend to be pretty conservative when it comes to sex and sexuality in general.
