Ok, so here's a new place to put on your radar
Kind of similar mindset (I assume) than Cougars Den.

Run by Bella Bunny, currently (as of yesterday) with 7 ladies working from there, 3 rooms.

It’s not a new location per-se, it’s the same east-end Blair location that Bella had operated. I had spoken to her during my session and she had shared this vision, modelled somewhat to Cougar’s Den. I’ve seen several of these ladies and overall they provide dependable good services. IMO, the soon to retire Roxy is the standout at this location.
Im newish to the hobby and it’s a location that is clean, modern, safe without fearing bait & switch or being robbed. Looking to explore their newer roster offerings [ie. Emmy, and Denver Wild (formerly “Kori”)].

Ya as mentioned it's not really new. It's a shared incall that several SPs work out of. I've seen Foxy Roxy a few times there when her ad is up.

Her LL Ad seems to suggest lots of extras available (ie. bbbj, DFK, etc). Were they included, or did you participate?

How accurate are the photos on the website? I’ve see Jasmine and her pictures (and age) are a bit…optimistic. But she’s super sweet, generous and gives fantastic service so I would happily repeat. Bella looks hot, can’t believe she’s 47 from those pics.
