Not me, I'm clear on when I back liberal policy and when I don't.
I'm good with calling out Carney for austerity and not calling out Israel. I voted for him but this isn't what he campaigned on.
Right wingers would be declaring they are now against cuts to services cuz PeePee wants to do it.

Carney is at least buying Swedish planes but its a stupid purchase.
Buy drones if you are arming Canada, but better yet, invest in Canada and transition.

Austerity leads to contraction every single time its been tried in the 50 years of its existence.
That, combined with trump's shutdown of Hormuz, the growing stratification of global economies and climate change caused migration and crop failure is going to be a big mess. Add in the oligarch wet dream of replacing human workers with AI and that bubble soon crashing and its even more so.

Tax the rich, fund transition and invest in the country.

You got a better plan?

Let me ask you this: What policies did Carney implement that sent us into a recession? Please be specific.

I think we'll be waiting for a looooooooong time for your response, or it'll be a deflection or moving the goal posts. You know why I know this? Because this recession really has nothing to do with Canada. There has been a global cooling thanks to Mango Mussolini. This has nothing to do with "elbows up" or what ever your pea brain might try to come up with. It is tariffs, Iranian war (though only slightly), and other geo-political bullshit. I think @Frankfooter isn't wrong about austerity contributing to a decline in economic activity....but so has AI, which has seen thousands of job cuts in the past six months in Canada and around the world. There are other factors here, but I know you only see things through what the right-wing echo chamber blasts into your head....

Its happening and working in New York right now.
Not to mention that the happiest and most successful countries in the world are all social democracies in norther Europe that are implementing these ideas.

It's so bad, that he had to run down to New York and appeal to the MAGA crowd. He got his Liberal majority, no what? All he's done with it is made thing more muddy.

All that talk during the elections and there are no deadlines for projects and investments still.

Like I said a few months back, I won't be surprised if we see upticks in immigration.
