I believe she is still there. She has a very loyal following. I must admit I was one of them a few years back. I highly doubt she has left Mei’s. If it is, Lavender is about to get very busy
I'm pretty sure it's a different Cassie at Lavender as I just saw Cassie at Mei's myself a couple of weeks ago. @The real G says he's gotten FS there but it'd be nice to have some names of who's good and who to avoid at Lavender. Mainly bad reviews on here and MP. I did read some good reviews about a girl named Anna a few years ago.
I had some time so dropped by both Lavender and Cara to see what the talent was like. Had not ever been to either of them. Didn't stay at either place, either.

Lavender- saw 1 woman, in her 40s. Plain Jane but called me baby and sweetie. Said another girl was working but with a client.

I went there on a weekend recently and saw Holly, said she works Saturday & Sunday only - remaining days in Toronto. She has a good attitude and looked attractive (tall, natural B+ cups, soft skin and seemed on the younger side, my guess is 28-30), just don't expect any real massage at this place. Pay for hh do your deed and leave. All in, will cost around 140-150. Not bad for a quick fuck lol. Expect CBJ and MPOS. Rooms don't have showers, but they will wipe you with hot towels if any oil was ever used.
I was here last in 2023 and then took a break from hobby altogether, so I don't know anything about other girls at all. I assume others would mostly be Chinese women in their 40's with mechanical service. Go with the right expectation and place is okay, not too bad
I texted them today and they said "they don't know any Holly" so I guess she's not there any more. Iris is new girl on Wednesday. Lucy and Lilly were mentioned too. The Cassie is definitely not Mei's Cassie as I saw her at Mei's last week.

Gentlemen it is fairly simple. If you want a fancy spa with a shower in the room and a hot Asian to give you a BS then Mei’s is your place to go. If you’re don’t care about the facilities but more about better service then Lavender is your best bet. Just make sure you make it clear at Lavender what you’re expectations are and tip up front. Like I’ve stated many times before if you don’t ask you will not get. Worse than can happen is they say NO
Your very accurate on your assessment. I tried them all except Blue Bloosom but it used to be called blue rain but they moved and went legit. I never tried Utopia now I want to. I kinda of like Golden touch so many spas in that area of Oakville. If you could dm me about Utopia .I would be interested in your experience there. Thanks.

FS is definitely available at Utopia based on my recent experience with one girl there. I assume it's available for more than one of them, but just not sure who.
I find as of late, MPA have increase mileage probably due to slow business in this economy.

If an MPA works at the same location and you you have multiple visits, their comfort level will increase and they will undoubtedly expand their repertoire with you. I think tipping at the beginning and providing a "tent" also will help the lass to understand your desire.
