There is a better product than Tim's: Country Style. Unlike Tim's who baked goods are made in the toxic sludge of Brantford then frozen, Country Style's baked goods are made on site. Tim's apple fritter isn't even on the same continent to CS. Where they really put Tim's to shame are their smoothies, they are delicious. I tried their almond milk/avocado smoothie, it lowered my blood sugar. There are only two locations that I know off: Kipling/Brookmere and Weston/Langstaff.

That's crazy, but TH is run by a bunch of kids that don't give a shit.
I have to admit they're good, but I won't buy them, its supper unhealthy food and its hard just to eat one.
aint no way man, tims coffee has been straight garbage for quite a while now
Pretty much the whole experience, from the coffee, baked goods, to the terrible service. They just don't care about what they serve their customers. I drink my coffee black. Tims seems to cater their coffee to people who order double doubles. At that point, it's just a warm beverage. And don't get me started on what they call a toasted bagel.
I have a couple once in a while. Usually when they have the seasonal limited addition selections.
I don't think who they hire is the problem. The real problem is who they give franchises to because Many TH locations are highly under staffed from my view point.

I will happily go to an American one over an Indian one that’s supposed to be Canadian and owned by an American/Brazilian corporation .
An oversaturated U.S. market. Where else can they give it a go? They know Canadians love American food franchises.
The renovations to me don't mean shit. All franchises have a policy that their restaurants need to do renovations every so often. It's just a way to gauge their franchise owners.
