Complete radio silence on this. No news anywhere about her whereabouts. Definitely don't think she was let go, way too valuable to BELL, so two best guesses are pregnancy or illness (sadly).

I always try to listen very carefully how she pronunces her surname Nguyen. I know Vietnamese people with the same last name, but they pronouce it slightly different from how Susan says it.
