Anytime I am at a busy place (mall, festival..) I wish for late 90s early 2000s to make a come back. Bare midruff, very low rise jeans, frequent whaletail (sometimes intentional, sometimes not...)....and if you actually went to the clubs (or any college halloween party, lol) it was almost a competition between the girls to see who could dress the sluttiest. Good times.
