And $40 per month for text now can’t be right. I used the free one for a while but you lose the number if it’s not used often enough, so I bought it to keep the number. I don’t think I paid more than $25 for the whole year.

On the texting / phone front I just add all of my sexy contacts to ONE innocent sounding contact. I turn off message previews. I also turn off message previews for Android Auto (or CarPlay if you use Apple). If I drive to an incall I also delete that drive from Waze when I'm done, and I otherwise use Google Maps in incognito mode for these kinds of searches.

If I see a message from that innocent sounding contact pop up I know to check it in private, or let it go to voicemail. After a session I "Archive" a given text chain, and delete the local call logs.

I don't like previews for text messages, especially for auto. I've had that cause non-escort related problems. (Family talking shit about family, and some other things.)

Adding a number to a contact isn't exactly hard.

Archiving a text chain takes as much work as deleting.

Clearing a call log and Waze trip isn't exactly complicated. Ditto for toggling incognito on maps.
