I had to Google to see what NMCOT means ;)

Some of these providers need to learn the basic etiquette, especially if they want repeat customers. We are paying for the experience and like they always say you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Ah, interesting, I didn't know she's been doing this for so long.

I've seen her twice -- first time was very good. Some non-ideal things like unit and bathroom cleanliness, etc. But it was good, friendly service.

The second time I was made to feel like I was intruding on her day, the key service wasn't delivered, and it was just a negative experience for me.

My take on the apartment is that she has roommates. With a shared entrance, hallway, and bathroom.
