The reality is that even if he was a great premier (which he is not...), 12 years usually has the people wondering if someone else could do a better job....All governments have a shelf life, and Ford's is coming up quickly. Now, throw in the scandals and his other stupid moves (like the private jet), people are getting fed up.

Excellent point. The Liberals have done a very poor job finding someone to lead them. However, I do recall how Dalton McGuinty basically came out of nowhere to trounce Ernie Eves, so a fairly unknown person (maybe not even in politics right now) could throw their hat in the ring and win.

Also, there is always a chance that Ford could fuck the dog so badly that his own party could force an earlier election, though the odds of that are pretty much non-existent...

He's been maple MAGA all along.
He uses the GOP populist playbook, a presser where he says 'hey folks, I made beer cheaper again' while he cuts funding to health, education and social services.
Then he flies around the states to make deals to sell off services to american companies like Shoppers.

Now its rumoured he made a deal with owners of Billy Bishop and damn the consequences.

Imho the Ontario Liberals already have a leader, they should remove the interim tag. John Fraser looks like Iron Mike Sharpe, that is a massive plus.

I love how conservatives got Doug Ford elected 3 times in a row but now that he's taken the mantle as one of the most disliked politicians in the country, they are trying to pawn him off to the Liberals. :ROFLMAO:

He's one of yours. Don’t switch up now. Keep this hate for him all the way till the next election.

We need a premier like Wab Kinew. Release the Epstein files, and maybe we'll have American booze on our shelves. Ford has no balls like Kinew.
