Drake has gone much further than his talent should have ever taken him. I actually go more than 20 years back with Drake (when he was Jimmy on Degrassi) and his career as a rapper did not come easy.
Granted, he worked with some very talented industry people but more than anything he really did put in the work. He also has really good eye for talent so I would not be surprised if he focuses his energy on the business side of things.
Good for him. Well deserved.
