kiwi adds water which is bad as it kills texture so kill the kiwi

a little more cream a little lemon or orange rind some greek yougurt some cocao

Ideal ratio (per 1 avocado)
  • 2–3 tbsp honey
  • 2–4 tbsp cream
  • 1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tsp cocoa (or 1 tbsp for darker)
  • ½–1 tsp vanilla
  • optional: ½ tsp orange zest
Blend until absolutely smooth. Freeze 3–4 hours.

no cream more gelato like

remove honey and cream works esp if you add banana so less calories that way





  • 1 avocado
  • ½ banana (or 1 small one if you want sweeter)
  • 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (optional but helpful)
  • 1–2 tsp cocoa
  • ½–1 tsp vanilla
  • orange zest if you like
very low calories compared to ice cream which gets calorie from sugar and cream

store bought ice cream does just that and adds sugar to stop freezing

add pure cocoa

the egg white keeps cookie together
sperate the egg white by breaking the egg into your hand and let the white fall through fingers

this sounds delicious, might pick me up some kiwis and avocados and give it a try

0–¼ tsp baking powder

bake at 350 ~12–15 minutes

more peanut butter more cocoa more fudgier

baking powder turns into cardon dioxide gas causing rise


use peanut butter powder called PB2 add rolled oats

reduces calories

add

psyllium husk fibre to make it more filling with no more calories

  • coconut ice cream

    1 can (400 ml) coconut milk (full‑fat = creamier; light = fewer calories)
  • 6–10 soft dates, pitted
    2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½–1 tsp instant coffee
    ⅛ tsp xanthan gum as it stops icing
  • Pinch of salt

    add walnuts as it freezes

    to serve let it sit for 10 minutes to thaw

Do you have a cottage cheese brand/percentage you recommend? I can't remember which one I tried the other day and I wasn't feeling it and have been looking for one I can stick to
