Hegseth / Trump fires generals - destroys moral of the U.S. military.

The firing of senior military leaders by Trump, with a toady like Hegseth applauding or enabling the move, sends a chilling signal through the ranks and risks undermining the morale and integrity of the U.S. military. It suggests that loyalty to Trump outweighs duty to law, constitution, and conscience. The message to subordinates becomes clear, carry out orders unquestioningly even if they are wrong or push legal boundaries and you will be protected, rewarded, perhaps even pardoned. But act with integrity, raise concerns, or refuse on principle, and you may find yourself isolated, discredited, and sacrificed.

The US is slowly becoming less of a Republic and more of an Autocracy.

I can write paragraphs any day of the week, and I can pick profitable stocks on any trading day. If you are not capable of these things, do not say that others are not. If you say these are not my words, there is a new thing called the internet. Find these words verbatim and then you can call me a plagiarizer.

..........................I have a feeling you will only be making sounds of silence on this matter.

Was attracted to this thread by a typo in the title, ie "moral" should be "morale." Was going to leave a snarky comment & move on, but became intrigued by the debates about sources & originality.

Alarm bells are ringing when an author can't spell a basic word in the title & then submits a sophisticated, flawlessly-written opinion piece. Odds are the opinion piece isn't original.

Ran a check of the passage in the OP against internet sources & didn't get a match.

Intrigued, resubmitted the passage with the query ... Does it Appear to be AI Generated?

Got the following response ...

So there's that 🐈

Hope the stock picks are going well 👍

So first you accuse me of plagiarism. When you ran my statement through a plagiarism checker, you did not get a match. Then you checked if my statement was AI-generated and got a result of: it may be AI-generated because it is well written and communicates my thoughts on the matter. Could it be that your criticism is a feeble attempt to stop me from speaking badly about you, Orange false god?

Thank you, my stock picks have always gone well. There are others that challenge me on my stock picking abilities. For those that do, please find the cannabis thread in the business section. You will see that from mid December to mid January 100% of my cannabis picks were profitable the majority in the same day. the next day and there were a few that made a profit within days.

Hmmmm, I want your full intel. Yes, short weeks and holidays skew the data. I will bust your chops next week and monitor these picks this week.
