If it is indeed the extra 15 minutes that the club uses to buffer between sessions, it's strange to me that they would expose that. As an end user, I don't need to know or see that. Makes it confusing when I go to book. Am I booking 60 minutes or 75 minutes? Why would I even see that?
I also find it strange that if I go to clubalpha.ca and log in, I then get redirected to clubalphabooking.ca if I want to do anything, which essentially makes clubalpha.ca a useless landing zone. One of the previous complaints was having to get redirected to the booking site (which I believe previously used appointment-plus under the covers). Just looks like old wine in a new bottle to me. But the layout for booking now is a bit more intuitive and mobile friendly.
