I'm late 50s. I've lived on my own for over 15 years and can't imagine living with a woman again.
I was married for 10, and had a ltr for 6 years but we didn't live together. That suited me better.
I'd like a girlfriend, or really a friend with benefits. Someone fun, horny and light hearted.
It seems like the women I meet want to live together, or are entitled and don't put any effort in.
I've had very successful women come straight out and tell me that they expect me to pay for everything! So what's in it for me??
I'll always keep trying for a fun relationship but while I'm single I'll enjoy times with an SP.

Marriage is not good for men anymore because getting a divorce will cost you at least 50% if not more. Does not make economical sense. It's way cheaper using SPs and much more fun.

I don't really understand the premise of the question: that what you're looking for should vary so greatly across your middle decades, and that there's some age by which pursuing this desire should generally become untenable. My 90yo grandfather has a girlfriend at the retirement home where he lives, following the deaths of his previous wife and then girlfriend. He's catheterized most of the time, so I doubt they've had PIV sex even once. Yet it seems to me that most of his joy now comes from this typical relationship structure.

Most people prefer sexually exclusive relationships with single partners (mono). I suppose then my general advice would be to stick to this structure throughout one's life. If you're not confident in the strength of your romantic relationship... break up, especially before marrying! Prenups exist as an option to hedge risk, but I'm personally doubtful of the point of a marriage where partners don't consider their lives completely joined, including finances.
Old folks need that connection or companionship. Someone to tell their life stories to since they / people repeat the same story and people get bored with them.

Do you think it's possible to date and marry an SP who has been working for 10 years and have a meaningful and lasting relationship? Would you ? I ask because I was having a conversation with an SP and she says it's possible and I told her the chances are slim to none that a man would marry her and respect her?
Yes but only 1 / 50 couple will make to the end. But that would need some spiritual intervention.

Would she be still working as an SP or retired in your scenario?

If you happen to get married or date a SP/MPA would you be ok if she was still working as a SP or MPA and if so how would explain her occupation to your family and friends? Assuming she has not retried from that hobby. Would you be comfortable if your on a date and she runs into a regular? These are the questions you have to ask yourself. If any MPA or SP are on this board would like to her your Intel on this discussion?

That all comes down to trust, plain and simple.. If the question is only directed to me, I'm never getting married again.. 25 yrs was enough..
