Tiger showed signs of impairment, but refused to submit to a lawful test beyond the usual roadside tests.
He was charged with a DUI and the full test refusal, and was taken to the Martin County Jail, where he must remain for at least 8 hours.
Both charges are misdemeanors...

He needs to go to rehab for alcohol/drugs. One of these days he's not going to make it. He's got the money to go.
He'll likely get the book thrown at him by a judge because of who he is to make an example of him and have his license suspended for a period of time. Wouldn't surprise me if he's ordered into a rehab program as well as being hit with a significant fined. Guess we'll have to wait to see what happens.

I say the opposite, he gets off light. He's a billionaire, different rules.
First time he did, but this is #2 for him. And IF he gets off light people will raise a big stink that he got off light because of who he is.

A guy a knew years ago said that he used to be a waiter at the restaurant in the Westin Harbour Castle.
Tiger dined there one night while he was in town and didn't leave a tip....So if this story is true then I'm guessing he's not the hire a driver type of guy.
He told me this before Tiger's fall from grace
