Because trumps name is in half of the documents. It's going to take a long time to go through millions of pages, find his name, remove the victims names, and any other innocent persons. Trump made himself a target once the attack began, I doubt he was targeted before the war started. Also english may not be these hackers first language, so translating the files will also take time.
