The .cbr file type means 'comic book rar'. It's a .rar archive of individual image files which can be read as a book, if you have a comic book reader app installed. They're free to download; I use CDisplayEx.

Alternatively, you can change the file extension from .cbr to .rar, and open individual pages as image files. A .cbz file is almost identical, but its derived from a .zip archive, rather than from a .rar.

That isn't poor video quality in the screen caps; the picture is distorted because the scene is underwater.

Ono you are too smart for my own good, I just remembered Patrizio Sala.

As far as I can remember Mergatroyd was only in one episode. He was a tea drinker and Bugs asked how many lumps he wanted. Finally Merg had enough and requested coffee.

You mean Pete Puma, from Rabbit's Kin, (1952 - Robert McKimson). There is no Warner Brothers cartoon character named Murgatroyd. Pete is not a dog.

My math teacher in grade 7, Dr. Khouri*, sometimes spoke of ' Sister Mozarella and Miss Murgatroyd'. I don't think they were real people.

*He was Egyptian, and he always wore an 'academic robe' over his suit, which was his right, having earned a Ph.D.

Talk about a foggy memory. Pete Puma came to mind because Seth Rogan is starting to sound like him. The man smokes way too much pot he's going to get emphysema.
