Every country commits war crimes in war, that's not new. Also, the arrest warrant from the ICJ judge for Netanyahu is no doubt ethnically motivated, he's an Arab. They still have not called it a genocide because they can't rule that it is one based on the evidence.

Take a look at the atrocities committed by American soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq that was exposed by Chelsea Manning. Take a look at what Hamas did on Oct 7th. There are heinous people in all armies and wars, so they should be punished. It is not proof that the majority are like that or that this is a genocide.

War crimes and genocide are not the same thing. Rwanada and Serbia were convicted. Germany obviously would have been too but genocide didn't exist as a crime in WW2 yet. Sudan hasn't been convicted although the arrest warrant for the President Omar al-Bashir charges him with genocide.
None of that is true of Israel.
