Let me explain a bit of the world.
I know homosexuals who are Republicans.
Homosexuals can be in the closet and it's their choice (as opposed to pedophiles who should be hunted down - big distinction).
Not every homosexual identifies with every LGBTQ issue/position. (I'm guessing you think the LGBTQ community is monolithic and should be on your team.)
An obscure MAGA supporter who is a pedophile has no equivalency to a prominent Republican who might be homosexual.
