Agency SP goes indie better experience or worse

If you were a regular when SP worked for agency but now has gone indie, just wondering if the experience is better or worse,

I was reading this SP's LL ad, it does not even include rate or schedule, just roughly location she's hosting the incall, I did send a text so I'm waiting...

My biggest concern is that if SP has no booker, she's gonna answer phone calls during service...

Moreover, service might be more restrictive cos she's her own boss...

Your thoughts?

I think you might be assuming a lot here. Independent SPs are essentially solo entrepreneurs. They know how to manage their business and provide good service at the same time.

At least the good ones do. The few indies I have used are not answering calls or texts during sessions. Unless it's when I go for a leak, in which case I don't care.

They may not want to post rates for any number of reasons, just like their address. I run a business and I don't post my rates online either. Its no advantage to me to do so, just makes it easier for my competitors to compete with me, and for tire kickers to shop my rates around without engaging

Your last line is baffling to me tbh. Are you implying that girls that work for agencies should be told what services to offer, so it's a bad thing if a girl goes Indy and sets her own services?

No one should ever be forced or coerced into doing something they don't want to.

One of my ATFs went indy after a few months with an agency and I'd say she got way better after she left the agency. I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a rule of thumb for all SPs who go indy after starting with an agency as I'm sure there are some who just couldn't pull it off for one reason or another but I would imagine that most are going to have that extra bit of motivation to take their services to the next level as their income is going to depend on them being able to successfully make that transition.

Speaking from limited experience of Indi girls, The service is the same. Some cases worse. Girls go Indy to make more money, that is the dream at least. They have a client base and think they can have the same client base at double or triple the rate. Sure, some guys will follow but I don’t think the client retention is 100%. The allure of indi is more money , less volume. Some can pull it off, I don’t think most can. For a lot of these girls managing a schedule can be overwhelming. Service wise, I doubt it improves. Like if a girl does Not do Greek with an agency, is she really gonna do Greek indi. The indi model is really a total “experience” based. At least that’s how it’s sold. So a lot more longer sessions, dates. For some guys that’s what they want. That’s OK. But it will cost $2k. Definitely not for a quicky. lol.

From my experience they get complacent once you’re a regular even at agencies, that’s when I stop visiting. The SP I’m referring to is charging similar rate I believe…so volume might be high and her phone probably blew up, it’s been like a day and no replies.

If its mainly the reply to texts that you are going on, yes that will definitely seem slower with an Indy when you are used to a dedicated booker getting back to you in <5 minutes

An Indy is doing everything herself, when she is working, no one wants her checking her phone, and when she is done work like everyone else, she probably shuts off her work phone or app or whatever and has her personal time.

Then dedicates some time to answering the texts that came in. I have waited a day or 2 to hear back from an Indy and I understand it is a job for them and they can't work 24/7

A great experience. It does take a certain business minded individual to go this route though. I appreciate those who do.

for the services part we all know if an agency lady doesn’t provide something it gets bitched about in here so in order to hold up the agency standard I’m pretty sure it’s expected.
