Shatner came to chat with me on a business class flight years ago. I was flying from L.A. to SF on a 90 minute flight. I was in the check in line when he breezed in with two other guys. People started to yell Shatner, Captain kirk, T.J. Hooker. When the noise died down for a second, I said in a clear loud voice Canuck!
He turned and said : "Who said that? Who said Canuck"? I waved and he started the strut towards me. As he got close he said: "Toronto, Vancouver"? I said : " No, your home town" his eyes got wide and his face brightened up. After a few minutes of chatting the two guys he was with dragged him away. The celebrities are boarded first to avoid the public. When I got on board he looked down the isle and waved at me. After take off he came to the area where I was sitting and asked me if I minded if he talked to me. I said : "No, I would be honored to talk to you". We chatted the whole 90 minute flight about Montreal things, like places that are no longer existing, new places that have come along and the Quebec separatist referendum event.

I don't get it, when they were working for the CBC in the 50's, The Great Shat and Christopher Plummer shared a pad on Jarvis. Anyone know the address, it should be declared a heritage site.

What The Great Shat lacks in chops he makes up with charisma. Chef Pasquale is 86 years old, he cooks to keep his brain clear. Is he also cooking for The Great Shat?

Pasta with beans, they could make beautiful music together.
