A union on strike can attempt to persuade folks from crossing the picket line, but cannot use force or intimidation in doing so. They cannot legally block entrances and exits as far as I know.
It's a Grey area where they can stop vehicles "for a few minutes" to hand out information. My question is can this now be cracked down on?
And "intimidation" is a very broad definition. Are waving flags intimidating? Chanting anti slogans? Standing on mass on a sidewalk? Is it intimidating when someone just says "I'm intimidated "?
I thought they were already doing that?
