So they have client info, 🤔

Interesting facts;
-10 clients, with a 15-minute break between each. Next day she had 12 clients. How many hours per day though -ouch.
-2017 this place got caught with girls 17 years old. Can't like that.
They always have client info. Despite what an agency ever tells you, the agency and by extension law enforcement have client info. Data can be encrypted etc... the escort will always be the weak link in the chain. Once that link is worked it's almost trivial to get the next link - the pimp, the manager etc... Cops can use big brother techniques, stingrays etc... And they can always kick up to CSIS/CSE. At that point you're truly cooked.

They are not going to tell you if they are badly treated. Mind you I saw massage owner put caméra and mic so who knows.

Also, 12 clients a day with 15 min in between is already crazy, not being able to say no to an appointment without paying a fee is not nice at all. Agencies have way too much leniency from the Law. This is glorifed pimpery in this case. Glad they shut it down and hopefully other agencies will stop overworking their girl and stop taking such a huge percentage for the very little they do. If you have a roster of 10+ girls all those fee are quickly paid.
Well, 12 clients means $2400 net going to the girl. It is not that they are exploited and have to work for peanuts. Short breaks mean more money for both the agency and the girls. And the girl gets 70% of the total amount. I am pretty sure the girls had a choice about how much time they wanted to commit on any particular day, and no one forced them to commit 15 hours a day. Also, it is fair that if the girl commits for a specific time period, she must work or pay the fine - if she simply stood up a client, she causes reputational harm to the agency (think of it as a contract between two independent business parties, not as an employer-employee framework). It is not like there is a shortage of girls willing to work for that much money in Montreal. And why bring the word "pimpery" with negative connotations into this discussion? First of all, what is wrong with providing service to the girls (advertising, scheduling, apartments) for a fair price? And second, while the word "pimps" may strictly be correct, the use of it is at the same level as if someone here calls SPs prostitutes, whores, or hookers. They are correct words, but with the wrong connotation. And of course, you are glad they shut down - the less good run agencies with reasonable price, reasonable pay, and decent girls are there, the better it is for independent SPs.

I want the old time back with pay phones on the street, slow home-only internet, and no cameras at the in-calls. Early 2000s were the golden technological era: good enough technology to satisfy most needs, but not too sophisticated to allow for global control.

I find the reason given valid. I don't really care what you think, you never had 12 dicks in your vagina.

Lol 2400 for 12 dicks in a row is crazy. They make 1k per a day/head like for what? Crazy.
Did you actually read the article? The undercover police girl who got the job at the agency was offered $200 per client ($280 total fee, with $200 going to the girl and $80 to the agency). Or do you prefer to believe only some of the things the police found that are consistent with what you want to believe? Kind of a "You can't let facts get in the way of the truth" person? As I said, it was a good agency.

From the article:

6 mai 2025.

May 6, 2025. "Hello, I would be interested in working for you," a young woman texted the phone number of the XO escort agency in Montreal. She found the phone number on the agency's website, which features profiles of 58 young women with fictitious names, accompanied by photos of them posing suggestively in revealing outfits.

Two days later, the candidate presents herself before the agency boss who has five cell phones in front of him.

“The rate is $280 an hour. The agency keeps $90 for the first client of the day and $80 for each subsequent client,” the man explains. “If you don’t show up for an appointment, it will cost you $100. If you’re late for an appointment, it will cost you $50. And if the condo isn’t left tidy after your workday, there will be a penalty of $10 to $20,” he continues.

The woman accepted the conditions. The next day, she showed up at a condo in a building on Saint-Antoine Street West and began seeing clients. But after the third client, she called the manager, told him she wasn't feeling well, and abruptly ended her shift. She didn't return.

The young woman is actually the undercover agent AI XXX12 and her three supposed clients were also double agents.

What are you getting mad about!? 200 per clients is nothing. 200 per clients for 12 is crazy. That for me is exploitation. You dont have to agree with me you can just move along. I was not even quoting you.

I understand your concerns.

All I can say is that I am not glorifying pimpery. The XO agency I knew from 2015 to the end of 2019 was well run.

I knew the owner as he organized a few parties for friends and me. I knew many girls because we always finished those parties in a restaurant where the owner would often join.

You could not say to a Heaven, Kate, Jennifer, Scarlett, Arielle, and many other stars there at the time to have 12 clients a day or only 15 minutes between calls. They were setting the rules.

I do not know how it turned sour. All I know is they got busted, and I really wish they had stayed within decency, like other agencies.

Still one of the most classic scenes ever.

Serious question though. How would you make it easier for ladies to become independents.

Many countries constantly attack agencies, brothels and full-service strip clubs. The criminalized U.S. certainly does at the federal level with respect to agencies operating across state lines, and all but a few tolerant cities in the U.S. do, but it generally leaves independent escorts who screen alone.

But even decriminalized Portugal attacks all but one escort agency, and continuously shuts down full-service massage parlors and late-night meeting clubs. The independent ladies group together to have elaborate sharing of incalls with group chats and scheduling on their smart phones. Whatever app they use should make a commercial about it.

The reason why so many ladies start at agencies is the enormous costs to enter the business and access to an eager, existing customer base, some of which she will poach if she goes independent. If you don’t like the agency system, with its low-entry costs, how would you fix it to make more ladies be independents?

I thought this was normal policy in the industry?

They don't go there to make 12 clients a day. They go there to make 2k + a day nuance. Which is absolutely doable in less than 12 clients and without someone making 1k on your back. Conditions need to change. These handlers salary need to cap and they should do more after a certain amount of client. These guys are rolling on gold lol

If you are new and everyone (mostly men owned qgency) decide for you that an industry standard is to take 30 to 50% off your girls you.do not have a choice nor do you know better, nor can you speak up. I have been saying this for year we are in 2026 now.

That's an urban legend.

How do I fix it? Education. Speaking up. More resource. Providers needs to know they can always ask around.

Buddy whining about cameras being around lol. What for? Cops aren't going around busting johns for incalls. Neither are hotels knowing what's happening behind closed doors reporting random johns unless there's a disturbance. Cops don't care about pity crime like that. The cameras are there for security. An agency will use a camera if needed for safety to report to the cops.

And I agree no women wants to have 10-12 dicks in them in 10 hours or 12. I can only imagine the pain she feels probably after the 3rd or 4th client unless she's taking something for it. Guys in this industry have no clue what the female body is like. It's no different than us guys doing the role and expected to bust 10 times in a day. I know as a teen after my 3rd or 4th bust it's no longer fun. I feel bad for any overworked lady. This is why I generally stick with low volume independent providers.
None of the people that would charge you a fee to not be able to.reach 12 did that for sure.

So, what do you think the fee the agency should take per client? They do provide advertising, housing, and scheduling, as well as their reputation that guarantees a steady client base. $80 per client seems to be fair for me. Also, how exactly can girls make 2K a day (net of all costs) without seeing 10 clients? Charge more per client? Like $250 instead of $200? So, basically, you think having $330 per client fee with $80 going to the agency is better then $280 per client with the same $80 going to agency? Or do you think it should be $280 total with the agency making only $30 per client? I do remember independent SPs always winning about how much it cost to ruin their business... Please, do tell us what you think the numbers should be for a good agency?

Sadly a lot of men aren't educated knowing the general basics or some probably just don't care.

Some of these ladies come from overseas and are rotated. Get picked up at the airport and dropped to the incall location and put to work. Then sent back to their country.
Or, now we are moving from a well-run agency that pays girls $200 per client to human trafficking, with girls being victims unable to leave and pimps taking all their money. Wow. If we have this kind of switch in direction on TERB, no wonder there is so much stigma about prostitution in Canada .

The agency cut should cap at 500 or 600 and that is no matter the amount of clients they do.

The flip side to that is the escort offering a minimum floor per scheduled day to the agency. Why would an agency offer a slot to an escort who may only want to see 1 or 2 clients a day vs. an escort who sees 6 to 10 clients a day? By rate capping you're just going to end up like the strip club industry where the escort is nickle and dimed. Shift feed paid upfront; monthly advertising fee; room fee etc...

Not what I am saying. A minimum of client is completely acceptable but not 10-12. Lets say they have to do a min of 5 or 6, the agency takes 100 on them and then anything from there is in the girl pocket. You get someone who is motivate to do volume and complete their clients properly AND you get a happier employee who stops when they want. Happy girls are successful because the client is happy too.

6 clients at 200$. She can do 2 more and almost 2k in her pocket. And thats in a world where it is 300$ an hour.
