Here maybe you can learn something...And yes as a JRE follower I can confirm he knows very little about Canadian politics...This is a risky move by Pierre but sometimes you have to say WTF.

You can bet your bottom dollar that Trump will listen to this as well...It's bottom of the 9th for the Conservative party.
I've always believed it was risky for Poilievre to do JRE, but at this point if you hate Poilievre, you're just going to hate him? Nothing will change them.

The upside to doing JRE is he can bypass the biased Canadian media and get his ideas out to a larger audience without interference. If the outcome is a few short clips delivering a strong message, it's a win because they'll get re-posted all over social media. The timing works out good because it's been about a year with nothing really done.

You're not seeing the true meaning in this.

It's about showing Poilievre has the ability to be a leader, create solutions and meet with key stakeholders.
Sure. But does he have the charisma to convince the Canadian voters?

No doubt PP will inspire many to follow in his footsteps and get a liberal arts degree, have zero work experience, and pursue a government job. Maybe they too can achieve what PP has achieved, get on the joe rogan podcast.

Joe Rogan has the #1 podcast in Canada on Spotify & Apple.

Recent figures suggest around 11% of Canadians have listened to Rogan (likely lifetime or recent exposure)
  • For context, this often outpaces many domestic Canadian media outlets (e.g., comparisons note Rogan episodes or appearances reaching far more Canadians than CBC viewership in some cases).

is Joe Rogan anyway?
Sarcasm, I'm hoping.

Mule muffins, the propaganda never ends. According to Triton, Joe Rogan isn't even close. The top podcast in Canada is Radio Canada's Front Burner. If The Mighty PP wanted to gain maximum exposure that's where should have had his sit in. I'm assuming he wasn't going to answer tough questions without an apple.

Rogan has become far less interesting since he left YT.

Stop passing off American garbage as Canadian. No one in Canada gives a fook about American drivel. Who cares that Spotify is doing an AI overview.

The WSJ is not a credible source to you?

PP will not even give an interview on CBC in English, yet does Rogan !
Trump would not even give PP the time of day in Washington !
As the Federal Conservative Party jet nosedives, PP moves from economy class to business class and thinks he is going up in the
world LOL🤣

Right off the bat you don’t know what you’re talking about. Just lies lies lies.

While Carney is wasting time with old English farts and violating Canadian ethics guidelines by meeting with Brookfield in the UK, Poilievre is actually doing Carney's work for him, trying to find ground on resolving the tariff issue.

What deal did Carney get this visit?

I'll tell you. He was getting a deal done with a huge energy merger involving Brookfield. What a coincidence, huh.

But yeah, he's on "vacation". :ROFLMAO:

Man, you really believe this. That is both scary and hilarious. I understand why conservatives fall for the stupidest grifts and believe such utter nonsense....

Do you really think the Canadian media is biased, considering the largest media company is staunchly Conservative? I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed...

Ummm....yeah, of course he has more listeners/viewers. The US population is like 8-9 times larger than Canada's. Rogan is international, while the CBC or CTV are not (for the most part). It really is an apples to oranges comparison. Plus, the CBC and CTV news is Canadian focuses, so the majority of the world doesn't care. On the entertainment front, CTV carries a TON of US shows that are already airing down there, so why would they watch it on CTV?

And, they cater to significantly different audiences. JRE is all about "bro-culture" and he frequently (which should be embarrassing) passes disinformation or misinformation as facts. He doesn't explore the nuance in topics, and promotes sensational clips and allegations. He is basically part of the right-wing echo chamber, and that is why PP is going on. The reality here is that he might get some exposure to the US conservatives, but it could do little to help him in Canada, especially with the voters he needs to convince that he's a smart and capable leader. Now, even if he can do an amazing job, there is still a lot of peril about what he could fuck up. Look at what happened to Jivani...

I just had a memory....Remember Travis Dhanraj, the former CBC host who called out the Corps because they wouldn't let him interview political guests...Basically because News Channel has a dedicated show called Power and Politics? So, he launched a podcast last year called "Can't Be Censored," and his second episode was with PP...And, if you listen to it, you can understand why the CBC brass didn't want to allow him to do political interviews on air....

The point here is that Rogan is incredibly ignorant about Canada, or politics or our government. He won't push back on anything PP says and will likely take any bullshit at face value. We all know that Rogan doesn't push back on right-wing guests in the same way he does with the left. So, we know PP will be allowed to vent his spleen and say basically anything he wants with impunity. And, there are several reasons why Mark Carney or Justin Trudeau would not go on that show. And it certainly isn't because they are scared. There is just really nothing for them to gain. And, he's never had an elected leader appear on the show while in office. Plus, why would Trudeau want to talk to a dwarf who calls him a "dictator, communist and sketchy?"
