I texted her to make an appointment, confirmed the time, drove 45 minutes to get to sparx, rang the doorbell, another girl opened the door to greet me, she asked if I had an appointment, I said

Same experience with Cocoa. Ghosted me twice.
But please don't give ideas for new up charges like eye contact, breathing or talking lol

If Alpha's management would made the ladies take a mandatory training with Evelynn, that place would be packed all week. She's the gold standard on knowing what the customer is looking for on a spa MA session.
