I'll tell you who is happy the Al Quds rally happened. Ezra Levant and Rebel News. He's used this for rally for at least 15 years (if not longer) to call out the Palestinians and disparage them as being antisemitic. I haven't looked yet, but I'm sure there is extensive coverage of the rally, with them looking for the most offensive signs or angriest people. Hell, Ezra or David Menzies might've even tried to provoke angry responses. That's their game. And, I'm sure Ezra probably sent out an email asking for donations based on this "reporting."
Probably also responsible for Israel demanding that Canadian freedoms be curtailed for them.
