Hate to be a pessisimist, but I doubt it.
Venezuelan women are great, and a large number of them have gone to Barcelona and Madrid to work. At first, these were the ladies with the most resources to leave what they openly say to customers is a ruined country. Some of the later ones I have seen at a Madrid place were cute but had bad teeth, indicating they came from a lower class. Amazes me how many people on Terb would object to regime change. Good lord folks, you want the ladies you are going to fuck when they are in their 20s to have toothbrushes and access to orthodontia when they are in their teens. Incidentally, both Brazil and Colombia years ago moved their armies to the border to deter Venezuelan illegal immigration.
Women happily fucking their conquerors, or the northern cousins, has a mixed history. American are still not welcomed in many Japanese places, but the same was never true with respect to German places. Vietnam didn’t come into being for decades. There is no prejudice, but amusingly some guys are asked by the young ladies if they know there was once an American was with Vietnam. One might keep in mind that after Saddam’s statue fell, Northwest Airlines acquired to rights to the Detroit - Baghdad route. Delta now owns it. I look at the Bs in the Departure Screen at DTW, but that flight has yet to take off.
If there is the development of a good Caracas brothel system that is friendly to foreigners, it would likely come from from oil refinery workers being on the ground floor. Sadly, there is so much goddamn #metoo bullshit in the large energy corporations that the foreign workers might well just have to travel to Brazil or Colombia, even if there are willing Venezuelans, especially since the workers will likely be in guarded compounds.
If wealth gradually increases for Venezuelans, I suspect the hottest ladies will still travel to Europe and Carribean Islands to work, with the Carribean system being of less interest to most of us since it is influenced by the Dutch and is largely CBJ oriented. For a Brazil-like brothel system to exist, the locals would need to be the primary customers like they are in Brazil, and it will be decades for that to be a possibility based on the current wealth level. They aren’t going to accept a system where foreigners, especially those who bombed them, to come in and fuck their own women at prices they can’t afford. Pretty similar with Colombia, except they simply use the love motels as brothels. But the clients are primarily locals with foreign guests being welcomed.
Those systems arose on their own before our modern feminist media existed. If the rebuilding of Venezuela starts to turn it into a giant brothel that started with the oil refinery workers, that is going to be a major news story that would hurt the industry. As with casinos, the advantage goes to countries with strong and tolerated existing scenes. I suspect that is where one will find the Venezuelan sex workers in the near future. Might be different decades from now.
