La la land
All these movies should be available on Pirate Bay.

But I would never think of downloading them.
I right away called the FBI and filed a police report
I just wait for the Disc release and get it from my local library.
I only watch Anime, action, Sci-fi, comedy, teen romp in cinemas and the rest I get at the library.

that head vampire forgot his name was the main character in Godless....he was pretty good there too.
I didn't see that series, but I looked him up his name is Jack O'Connell. He's in lots of movies, he did well in Unbroken 2014 as the prisoner in the Japanese camp. Good actor.

If you like western...you will love it...Michelle Dockery has glorious tits in that series too and Jeff Daniels is phenomenal.

I know there are some Conan fans on TERB, but I am dreading tomorrow night's Oscars ceremony.
I try to watch most of the long presentation. Usually the host can use his comedic chops to make it somewhat worthwhile.
Besides many movies no one will ever desire to see, I find Conan just moderately funny. His skits on Late Night were pretty good, but his kind of skit humor doesn't necessarily translate to the Oscar award ceremony.

I see a multidimensional performer like Jimmy Fallon successfully taking on this assignment.

I'm hoping there's a surprise "I'm Just Ken" moment where a Canadian rocks the stage.

You guys really liked Sinners, huh? I thought it was cool, but not exceptional. I’d give it 7/10. I hope OBAA takes home best picture. Looks like best actor is a tossup between MBJ and Chalamet

I only watch the opening monologue, John Lithgow doesn't have a film this year. It won't be the same without him.

Jack O'Connell is in Sinners, why haven't I seen it yet?

Finally watched Sinners, it was blow away. Michael B Jordan and Delroy Lindo should take the actor categories.

I will not watch Marty Supreme, Gwyneth Paltrow is in the cast, she's a serial liar and a shyster. She has no scruples, she fucked and sucked Harvey Weinstein for an Oscar. Then she tried to jump on the # Me Too movement by pretending to be a victim. Of course Brad Pitt wanted none of her shit, he refused to back up her claim. Notice that Weinstein is practically up her ass at the photo-op.

Will Smith deserved multiple Razzies for Ali.

I'd prefer Ricky Gervais to host. Still dig his comedy and stand up. His roasting at the GG was well done. Haven't watched an award show since the early 2000s.

Still a few movies on that list I'm interested in seeing.
I like Ricky Gervais, but he's got a big mouth and takes shots at everyone and you can't do that at the Oscars, they're super politically correct.

Sinners is good but it's getting far too much praise.
It's not 16 nominations great.

I would say Conan O'Brien is a relatively safe choice. Not my favorite choice, but safe.

No actor is going get on stage and slap him.
Conan is 6'4" so most actors can't reach his face without a step stool. ;)

Besides a really moving Memoriam, I'm left feeling something is missing. No spark, no gravitas (so far).

Ain't she sweet, fuck Conrad Black, she's Canada's Sweetheart.

Mikey Madison could win another Oscar in 2027. Just goes to shown what a keen judge of talent Louis CK is. He has three Oscars he helped develop - the other is Emma Stone.

Saw "Sinners". I liked it. Interesting take on the genre. Very cool vibe... but a Best Pic winner? Not sure I'd have gone there but then again "F1" was up for best pic so the bar wasn't as high as it used to be I guess. I watched 2 minutes of the Oscars. Ugh... not for me and I love movies. The show has lost "something".

As a Ferrari tifosi, I saw F1 in IMAX. Money well spent.

The Woodbridge Colosseum knows how to present IMAX, they don't drill your ear drums with volume. F1 has the best opening sequence since Saving Private Ryan. It deserved it's nomination for Best Picture...and I've loved Kerry Condon since Rome.

I liked Michael B. Jordan all the way back in the classic tv series Friday Night Lights.

Thought Conan did a decent job as MC. Loved the "small penis" jab at Trump's penchant for renaming famous institutions.

Liked seeing Buddy Guy on stage for the "Sinners" song performance.

I always tear up for the annual tribute to those who passed during the year, especially Streisand's tribute to Robert Redford this year.

My two favourite movies this year were Bugonia and One Battle After Another, and was happy to see Battle win.
