Last I heard they still need a business license, plus I suspect they need to make other changes as well, perhaps to signage and the interior...I will text my contact
UPDATE: Got a cryptic answer from her. I am not encouraged as perhaps historical challenges with a spa in that location may prevent business license issuance. Just speculation on my part.
2nd Update: Was told when it really opens I will be advised.

Noticed today the lease sign was down and there was some signs of life in the entrance. Tv and desk were now present or previously blocked by the lease sign
My source told me she will let me know when it will open.......keeping my gonads crossed it is soon, I miss seeing her
I live quite close to this place. Although I don't post much anymore, I'll keep an eye out & try to update this thread.
Drive by several times a week. Definitely empty, but also has been cleaned up in recent weeks. Will continue to monitor, but if it as has been indicated earlier, a case of waiting for a business license, it could be months before anything happens here.
Well, 1-Sea Water very much flies under the radar. Nothing obvious. No ads with scantily clad Asian women. No LL ads that I've noted. But damn, historically Stoney Creek has had some of.the more exciting MPs. Back in the good ol' days.
I reached out to my contact and she was unable to give me a new time line. If I were to speculate, perhaps obtaining a business license for a similar type business that was in the unit before, might be representing to be a challenge. Language barrier prevents me from obtaining details in this regard
