Is the economy much worse that we can see on the surface? I saw a shop lifter in a food store get caught stealing cheese.

meat has iron and cheese has calcium, I hope your not on a zero carb diet it causes brain damage.
Definitely not. Carnivore based, low carb. Whole foods, no processed foods, no seed oil, minimal sugar. It's not easy but it's worth it.

ITS ok to have a slice of pie once a week go for blueberrie strawberry or cherry or even better pumkin read up on pumkin it heals alot.
Ya I keep that in mind. I do carb cycling. Like a week of low carb then a day or two of carbs. I think it's about finding what works best for your individual body. Biodiversity is alive and well. :ROFLMAO:

I'm old enough to remember when nearly all families had 3 to 6 kids. Only the father worked, and everyone lived in fully detached houses, many blue collared workers even had cottages.
Government debt was insignificant, our healthcare was exceptional, crime was so low, nobody locked their doors. I'm talking about the late 60s into the late 70s. This is the time I grew up. Canada was a great country in every way. I was proud to be Canadian and would have fought for this country.
Now we are turning into a 3rd world country. I can't even buy a new car because somebody will steal it. Half the sheeple don't have doctors. Have to wait 10 hours at er to get looked at. Government debt is out of control. People can't afford rent let alone a house. Families struggle with both parents working.

When you factor in that we have so many resources and we had a leg up on nearly everybody going into the 80s, what our politicians have done to this country is criminal.
The media is to blame for not pointing out the errors they have made and now it's so pathetic that they only report on what is politically correct.

I'm old now, but if I was young, I wouldn't fight for this country, I don't recognize it. TBH I'm ashamed to be Canadian. I'm not going to vote anymore, Liberals are going to win anyway and continue to screw us. It's a waste of time.
