You said:All of it is true although the strait traffic will take a while.
there are Iranians celebrating in Toronto, Montreal, London, NYC.
you guys are getting garbage news.
US bases, missile defence systems have been damaged and destroyed in many cases.no US bases are destroyed, Iran is struggling to mount any retaliation at this point. Traffic in the Straight is resuming, US underwriting the insurance and offering naval escorts.
The US is now bringing THAAD missile parts from South Korea and Asia because of this. Over 4B losses in 1 week.
The Strait of Hormuz is effectively closed as evidenced by rising oil prices.
There are power cuts reported in Pakistan, India and many other places dependent on oil from the middle east and infact hotels are shutting down because they are running out of LPG.
They said 8 dead, and Iran said 500+ dead. I believe the truth is somewhere in the middle.
And today they say 140+ soldiers are injured. And this without a single soldier setting foot on Iranian soil.
The Israeli leaders are also reportedly frustrated and you can see it in the tweets the PM of Israel account is putting out constantly saying the people should rise up and revolt.
Idiotic as they are busy avoiding Israeli air strikes on civilian targets.
So hardly a walk in the park as you said earlier.
You are drinking the kool aid, flowing through the "Straits of Trump's dirty diapers".
PS: Iranian diaspora are a minority, and even they are divided on whether this war is needed. The longer this war continues, the more it will galvanize Iranians despite their differences. It is inevitable and you'd be naive to assume that won't be the case.
