Sure there are many Iranians that want change. right now there are about 64% of Americans that want Trump gone. So what? The Iranian regime has a significant core of support. USA wants to put the shah back in. Iranians do NOT want this.

Yeah that number has gone up to 180 and it was verified by NYT, WaPo, Reuters and many other news organizations.

Not to mention wanting and being able to effect change are very different things.
We also want Trump to be impeached, and sent to jail for his crimes.

a) The US can easily up their production and they have the industrial base and money to do that. War is good for business.
b) Iran can make 100 missiles a month, on a good day. Not when they are getting their military industrial facilities bombed on a daily basis. Their capabilities are degraded and will continue to be significantly degraded the longer this goes on.
c) Iran's missiles have a high rate of failure on launch. They are also inaccurate. A large proportion of their missiles are also shot down. So to hit a target, they have to launch much more than they can replace them with.
So all of that suggests that when it comes to being able to conduct long term war, Iran is nowhere near as well equipped to do so, militarily or economically, as Israel and the US. This is just reality.
Where Iran will be deadly is in asymmetric ground warfare if the US puts boots on the ground.
