Yeah this really crushed me today for some reason. Catherine O’Hara would have been devastating for him, then it just got worse.

Don’t know the guy but it’s a lot of pain for anyone. They had shows lined up this week - all postponed. Good comedy often comes from this kind of hardship, but it’ll take some time.

It looked like everything was going great for him. His show Only Murders in the Building is achieving Sienfeld levels of popularity. That this happened is not uncommon, children of famous people don't understand that failure is fleeting. I feel for Martin Short.
