Boring boring boring

Longest in history

No theme, or anything of substance. Mostly rehash, lies, false promises.

Of special note no mention of ICE DHS Neom, And others involved in that bullshit. Guess even he realizes how bad they fucked up.

Listened to 2 mins of his BS and decided I won't waste another minute of my life. lmfao.
I had it on in the background. It was also waiting for the Breaking Points livestream after. And doing other things.

Definitely showing my masochistic ways on this one.

I knew I'd feel like puking as he pranced and preened upon the platform. I waited until it was over and then listened to the analysis. It was still hard to listen for even 30 second clips.

His surrogates are slimeballs. They're almost as hard to listen to.

Here
They should ship all that bull shit he said to the farmers to offset the cost of fertilizer he made more expensive but even if that were possible he'd probably ship it overseas and pocket the money

CNN poll had this sotu 63% approval... must be fake since they always fake...

I can see where you didn't read it correctly. The poll was based on Republicans who watched it pretty much.

Now think about that. Even amongst his partisan supporters he scored mediocre. And on some of the tabs within even poorer.

Overall he has been riding a 40% approval rating and it's dipping. Most important however is how he is scoring with independents, who swing the elections. And its been really really bad.
Like -45% range bad.

This SOTU, which was essentially a self pat on the back, an admonishment, some emotional blackmail using people as props, and no vision to make things better, did nothing to help that.

It's too bad that they don't have instant AI fact-checking, to be used in broadcasts like the State of the Union address, and Presidential debates, etc., that will instantly show on your TV screen whether or not what is being stated is true or bs...

I believe they did try to do that in some form in some Presidential debates.
It turned out the moderators selected from media would bring their own spin to things.
Such is politics. Such is life.
