Hey Everyone,

The mods have decided that the Sadie Hawkins Auction is advertising, so it can't go on the way it did last year.

I'll see if I can figure something out.

It is not - it was removed (by a mod for some reason, I assume) after last year's auction was complete.

Because the mods look upon the threads as advertising. They do it for the christmas ones as well.

Longer dates might reduce your pool of eligible bidders, but it's the safe space for your fantasies, Nadia - go wild (seriously... wild). Might be a good idea to set a minimum bid for the longer ones, though, so that you're not wasting your time.

I think most of the fantasies last time had minimum bids included.

Folks repeatedly offering below the minimum caused a few participants to withdraw so hopefully that is not the case this year.

Well Nadia, your certainly hit it out of the Park with the first offers for the Auction. I am thinking about them! I sorta thought there might be others who would be joining the auction.....but I sorta understand with what happened during the other one where people didn't make contact after the auction was won by an individual.

I do think that me being in Kingston makes it more difficult for those who accepted my bids to visit me, although I did make everyone aware of my location.

I don't mind waiting for the bid appointments TBH, as long as there is communication while waiting and the charity donations are paid because the donation is the important part.

I am coming to Ottawa March 26th to 29th, so maybe I will post some fantasies in the ad section that can be attained while visiting or at home in Kingston.
