Of course he does. The conservative movement in the US and to an extent, Canada, want to live in the glorious past when POCs knew their place, women were just baby makers in the kitchen, immigrants were white and European and queers stayed quiet and in the closet.
They spread bullshit allegations against people they don't like (Trudeau, Omar) and ignore serious allegations against those they love (Trump, Ford). They also seem to think slashing taxes is the best thing a government can do, saying bullshit like "you can't tax yourself into prosperity!" Which is total bullshit. How do you think corporations and business people became rich? By using public services and institutions (like the courts, roads and power lines) and and an educated workforce....mostly paid by taxes. In many ways, they don't care about the future (hence the tax cuts and the denial of climate change)...
