High protein and low calorie preferably.
Im getting pretty sick of cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and celery.

I find that any kind of fish or seafood cooked by frying or roasting, no batter, is very satisfying. Add some vegetables. I can have a relatively small portion and simply not want any more. It is like a switch gets triggered.
I bet liver would be great, but I don't like it.
Satisfaction is an important, and underappreciated aspect of weight control. I define it as not feeling your need or want to eat anything else after you had something to eat. I NEVER get that from pasta, for instance - it ignites appetite, rather than suppresses it for me, whereas a combination of protein and fat usually does the trick.
If you are satisfied, it doesn't become a matter of willpower.
Also, I think that being complete nutritionally is important. I read something that if you are not getting enough nutrition, no matter how much you eat, the body stays hungry because it wants those nutrients.

Early humans almost universally ate the liver first. Followed by other non-muscle organs.
Modern agriculture has upended this priority for high nutrition foods.
