This is a type of Darwinism, the election of Trump twice now, the introduction of RFK jr et al. the empowerment of the anti-vaxers cabal all resulting in the current measles prevelance.
Hey, Canada is not lilly white when it comes to measles outbreaks either.
Ontario down is the southwest had this as a mess a few months ago.
Dont know if it stopped, or just dropped from the news cycle.
And recently a story out of Alberta that an infant died from measles and that info was supressed for months.

Of course what do you expect from the guy running the health department is the same guy that brags about snorting coke off of toilet seats. Agree with the above comments on Darwinism. How much you wanna bet that when kids start dying of measles, they will come out and say “they died with measles not of measles”. There is no limit to the depth of human stupidity.

The US is in a dark age right now. Many of us who have long-time friends and relationships in Canada feel like Rick Blaine and Victor Lazlo in Casablanca.
I had the measles as a child before vaccines were available. It was the most sick I ever was in my life. I could have died if it were not for my mother watching over me. I have also had MMR boosters in the intervening years. I saw children in my grade school who had one leg shorter than the other the other who had to have one shoe with a very thick sole and steel braces to walk. When you see that as a kid you embrace vaccines. I did not get polio.
Do not believe the lies of Orwellian anti-vax fascists. War is not Peace. Ignorance is not Strength. Slavery is not Freedom. I appreciate my Canadian friends who realize that many of us in the US still retain our core values, critical thinking, and good will toward Canadians.
Once herd immunity drops below 95% immunizations, these diseases that were almost eradicated reemerge to kill and criple again. We are all in this together.
