If so then the perpetrators should be sent there, pay the class dues and pass with 80% or try again. Say the class is $1,000.01 then 2,000.02 for repeat or failing the first class or returning students.

I think you are right. But don't you think my idea is good? Why waste jail time on them? Maybe on the fourth charge if caught again.
They were good with paying money to stick their dick in a kid. I'm good with not showing them any undue leniency.
Let kids be kids. Educate kids about sex, and let them figure it out with each other.
At the end of the day kids should only be able to give consent to other kids and near peers, not for profit, and especially not for the profit of any 3rd parties. I don't really care about the details beyond upholding that basic idea.
Anything else poses a huge risk of real harm. It's not like you need to look all that hard to find examples of what childhood sexual abuse / interference does to people. That includes grooming / luring a kid into the sex industry.

It is disturbing to realize that some fraction of all populations (I think one or two percent) in one way or another is just evil and completely lack empathy. They move among us unnoticed, and emerge when people are at their most vulnerable. I am reminded of that Rowdy Roddy Piper movie "They Live", a B movie that is surprisingly prescient - the main character finds a pair of glasses that reveal a hidden, corrupt and alien world to him. Most have little power, but malevolent people who big have money are the Epstein class. They may as well be aliens, they are so inhumane and just strange. Think about that as you ride the subway or walk down busy streets. Ironically if such people were to be culled or removed from society, it would be such people who would do it - another prescient movie illustrates this, A Clockwork Orange.
Most people, even if they do bad things, have a conscience. But apparently one to two percent are full blown sociopaths or psychopaths. On that subject I heard an interesting distinction between the two - psychopaths are born without empathy, sociopaths have the empathy beaten out of them.

im not talking about the 1970s or the 1980s here buddy.... and im not talking about cases involving child porn / trafficking and even human trafficking cases or major crime
have a look at my previous comments, im talking about police reporting since 2022/23 of minor offences like speeding/ traffic, minor theft, disorderly conduct involving non Caucasians who are at that point just accused (not even tried)

Not being defensive here, but about having the highest # of rape cases per capita globally...thats incorrect, if you look up the stats, its more the US/ South Africa/ Bolivia that has that...not saying that its not shockingly high anyways, I wouldnt be surprised.
If you really went deep into it, its more mental/ social conditioning. Yes, sex is culturally stigmatized. Its more South East Asian countries and men particularly have a problem with having a distorted or even a lack of an understanding of 'Consent', coupled with growing in a patriarchal society which is like a double whammy. We're taught a lot about the sciences and other constructive arts, but not consent when dealing with women and why a NO means NO.
Folks in the metro cities in South East Asia are better equipped with understanding the concept of Consent, but in the hinterlands, theres absolutely fuck-all, no understanding whatsoever, to this day. And which is the problem when they come here and misbehave.
The wonderful women on tis board have their own ways with dealing with such customers : either outright no brown men / set down rules with them if they see them or putting their foot down when shit gets awkward. Do what you see fit. But I have a huge problem with folks generalizing an entire race coz they didnt bother to do their own research.
Again this is my interpretation of guys misbehaving / awkward dates and potential sexual violence with 18+ women...about child sex/ porn/ any other paedo stuff, I have no understanding of that, nor do I want to

South Africa countries & South America seems to hold the current record.
