I'm sure it happens, but I've never heard of anyone getting suspended (at least, not without reason).

Yep my bluesky was suspended today
(my new twitter @the6ixsfinest / *just made new bluesky @the6ixsfinest.bsky.social)
I thought it was supposed to be more sw friendly :/ what in the world is going on?
Someone please help me (& pls dont gate keep) what places other than terb are the best places to post/advertise on when it comes to websites &/or social media.
Is LL even a good place to advertise? I stopped advertising there a long time ago due to all the fake ads & people trying to steal my photos. I use tryst (although havent paid for it in a bit). Genuinely curious … all of these suspensions are hurting my ability to advertise.

Tryst and Leolist seem to be the main places to advertise. I would also have stuff on social media if you can as it can help too (especially with regulars). Having some positive reviews here will likely help as well.
Oh - and IOC can also work for some advertising as well. Though depends on who you market to.
here is the email I received in regards to the bluesky suspension. Turns out that it is not much different from Twitter/X. I think the way around is to be more subtle with the advertising aspect of it. Im going to try a different approach on my new bluesky account & see if that works. I hope this can shed some light & maybe help some girls out.
Nikki - I have always suggested having a paid domain website. It serves many purposes and makes LL & Tryst ads appear more legitimate

So it seems like following too many people at once could get one's account suspensed?
The last thing I did before getting suspended was DM an MA on there requesting info on services. Not sure if that had something to do with it. It was the first time I DMed anyone on Bluesky.
I hope providers just post their phone numbers on there to avoid DMs on these social media platforms. Can't trust these apps with your data and privacy.

Was MA's account suspended? Seems logical both parties get equal treatment

No, the MA's account is still active. I'm guessing they thought my account was a bot/spam account.
So this is a reply I received from BS for my appeal request:

For the ladies, you really need to be harvesting contact information. 'DM me your email and I'll send you a special pic' that kind of stuff. You need a second way to contact everyone when whatever platform you're using craps out on you.

Also for the gents, don't use an email address that is in any way connected to your regular one. No forwards, no BCCs, nothing. If you can different platforms - Gmail, Hotmail, Protonmail...there are lots of free email services out there.

Ive had one for years but need a reliable platform to advertise it even still
HUSH lost their Bluesky account last week. I don't even bother to follow anymore. They always lost X accounts too. I think they get reported a lot. Either by competitors or the platforms like X and BSKY are clamping down.
