You just think its a non answer because it doesn't jive with your ideology.

Now for the 8th time..What is a woman?
No it is a non answer because it doesn't answer the question.
Once again - What is more important, Gender Identity politics or the issue of the proliferation of guns and gun crime?

That would be a police state.
You asked me if we should stop and frisk white people. I answered yes, do it to everyone. And you have a problem with that?

The legal gun owners will comply with the law. Illegal gun owners don't obey the law. And you do not want to enforce compliance for illegal guns. Just legal ones.

In other words, as usual, you are full of shit.

The question was - what is more important to you? Gender issues or gun issues? Pick one and say why.
This here is not an answer to that question. It is your monologue.

Gender is not a social construct therefore your question is invalid.

Now for the 10th time..What is a woman?

I think the better question is "what is a person?"

So ymto clarify that do you think the primary aspect of a person is their mind, or their sexual organs?

No the optimum question here is...In this case what is more important the trans deluded dude or his gun?

I'm replying to your question. And it also in fact applies to your assertions. Do you think a person's mind is the primary driver of what defines a person?

Whether you think Gender is a social construct or a biological construct is immaterial to the question I asked.
I asked which amongst the two - gender politics (which exists, and which you are arguing about right now), or guns and gun crimes (which also exists), is more important.
Your response is still a non-answer.

It's not a gotcha. It's an opinion.

In this case I believe a person mind is the primary definition of a person. And their genitals are of secondary concern, mostly about how certain hormones can affect certain behaviors. Quite simply I don't think being Trans in and of itself is a mental illness. Anymore than being gay is, or bi, etc.

I actually think its a physical problem. That can lead to other mental health issues, partially caused by internal doubts and confusion, and partially from outside societal issues of acceptance.

And btw I also think its over diagnosed. I have read some articles from Gay activists and writers who discuss how in many cases a gay person just needs to have a support community to help them figure that out. That they are just plain old vanilla gay. And also btw do not support any transition medication until 18 years and above.

Buts its quite real. And when properly diagnosed should be treated as a physical one.

Being that there are social group that did not construct gender as a binary, gender IS a social construct.

I mean, why is Bob the Builder dressed in blue, and Dora the Explorer dressed in pink? Because those decisions support the gender norms we have constructed in society. Do you think "wearing blue" is related to your genetics?

Someone with a Vagina - oh wait, that excludes XX with Vaginal Agenesis, and includes XY with Swyer Syndrome.
Someone who can have babies - oh wait, that excludes pre-pubescent and post menopausal women.
Someone who COULD HAVE babies at any point in their life - oh wait, that excludes XX who are barren for all kinds of reasons...

So how about this: please provide your definition for a woman.

There is no Or...only and...these are issues
Guns - yet and again, irresponbility gets these guns end up in the wrong hands - mental issues with guns. in this case a trans.
Banning guns doesn't stop bad people from acquiring guns illegally...so yeah...you're advocacy of banning guns is a failed proposition. Stricter laws, harsher punishments is the way to go.

Gender issues:
Individuals who can flat out admit they are male or female because they were born that way but just wants to change aesthetically because they want to - I could respect that....and they do exist...ask every trans sex worker. they do put it on their ads that they are trans.
Individuals who think they are trapped in a different body, they need to see a psychiatrist...

And if those weapons trafficking networks are disproportionately black? If those border inspections disproportionately catch black smugglers? Then what?

Because I have news for you. In the GTA, the shooters are disproportionately black.
Is it true the Canadian police do not keep crime statistics by race?

Even if they don't, they can't stop people from making observations.

"In Toronto, the police have begun releasing Race and Identity-Based Data (RBDC). These reports have shown that Black individuals are disproportionately represented in "enforcement actions" and as victims of gun violence."

My response is that this is exactly what I said.
Okay, this answers my question.
